How much do visits cost?
If we are in-network with your PPO, EPO, Medicare, or TRICARE plan, standard copays and deductibles apply for both virtual and in-person visits. Haven is not in-network with most HMO plans, but we do offer a cash pay option for virtual appointments, ranging between $270 and $475 depending on visit length.
Do I qualify for care with Haven?
Haven is available to patients in California who are 18 years or older. We are in-network with most major PPO, EPO, Medicare, and TRICARE plans. Cash pay options are also available. At this time, we are unable to accept patients with Medicaid or Medi-Cal.
